Roots & MOVE with Bodie 5Rhythms & freedomDANCE for GBTQ+ men "Energy moves in waves. Waves move in patterns. Patterns move in rhythms. A human being is just that, energy, waves, patterns, rhythms. Nothing more. Nothing less. A dance." Gabrielle Roth (founder 5Rhythms) We always begin with ground - the roots of our experience…. Solid, secure embodiment of our authentic self in movement…. We grow, move the energy to open the body into a flow of the dance, into exploring the circus of our experience in the ‘here and now’ of the present moment - awake/aware - connecting with self and others in the space…. Rejoicing in the circle of community - coming together with ground, body and breath. The heart of movement is the circle and each dancer plays their part - all parts are welcome.
