About This Event

@ with Are Thoresen UPDATE: Are will include content from his new book ‘The Fifth Stage of the Path to the Father’ Over this weekend Are Thoresen will present his latest research which extends the fundamental insights given by Rudolf Steiner as the basis of our experience of material reality. Once we understand how the human being both perceives and conceptualises his sensory experiences (Are calls this process conceptualisation), it becomes easier to begin to enter the paths into the spiritual world in fully awake consciousness. Are will describe 4 paths to the Spiritual World, each one requiring a different kind of thinking activity which we can experience. Lecture – Friday 16th October 7:30 pm – 9 pm Are Thoresen will give a talk on the theme of Conceptualisation and Four Paths into the Spiritual World. Suggested contribution £10. Concessions considered. Cash at the door. Workshops Saturday 17th – Sunday 18th October 10 am – 5 pm Are will lead the workshop with further explanatory indications, discussion and the opportunity to exercise and experience conceptualisation vs perception. We will be walking the four paths into the spiritual world and practice the different types of thinking activity required. Admission: £90 for the weekend or £50 per day. Concessions considered. Cash at the door.
