I'm bringing Brazil to London and have teamed up with DanDan Firmo to bring you a Beginners Samba Funk class on Sunday 25 October from 3pm - 4:30pm at Danceworks, Bond Street.

Learn to unlock those hips, bring rhythmn to your feet and to shake your hips with this masterclass with the amazing DanDan from Brazil.

DanDan will be going through the basics, unlocking your hips with drills and helping you understand techniques to move the hips, booty and feet so you can continue with confidence.

Meet your instructor: Dandan Firmo

Get ready to learn from one of Brazil’s top dance talents! Dandan Firmo is an acclaimed dancer, choreographer, and actress with an incredible career spanning international stages and Brazilian TV. She's choreographed and performed alongside Brazil’s biggest stars—including IZA, Ivete Sangalo, Ludmilla, and Pabllo Vittar—and made history as Carnival Queen for the legendary Salgueiro samba school in Rio.

Never danced Samba or Funk before? Don't worry. Dandan brings world-class technique with an infectious, high-energy teaching style that makes everyone feel welcome. This class is designed to build your confidence, break down the basics, and let you have fun. No experience needed—just bring your energy and get ready to move!

About Nana /JiggleFiTT

Nana Crawford is the founder of JiggleFiTT, a dance-fitness community where movement is a celebration, not a chore. Nana is a certified Level 2 Exercise to music instructor, and created JiggleFiTT to provide a judgment-free classes where every body is encouraged to "jiggle joyfully." Specializing in Twerk (Mapouka) and Samba, her classes in London, Croydon, and online blend fitness with the rich history of African and Black culture.

Nana's goal is to be able to help other people find joy in samba and enjoy moving their bodies.
