Benefits of a Gong Bath & Sound Healing
Gong and sound baths are known for their powerful relaxing and restorative effects. Benefits can include: Deep relaxation and stress relief. Calming and strengthening the nervous system. Improved sleep and emotional balance. Increased energy and vitality. Chakra balancing and energetic alignment. Mental clarity and inner stillness. A space where deep healing can naturally occur.
Gong baths are often described as a meditation through sound, where the vibrations of the gongs help quiet the mind and bring the body into a restorative state.
Acupressure Ear Seeds Treatment (optional).
Ear Seeds are a natural, non-invasive acupressure treatment designed to support your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. They help restore balance, encourage relaxation and complement your overall wellness journey. 24ct gold acupressure ear seeds will be placed on the “Spirit’s Gate” Point to soothe the heart, support nervous system regulation and provide grounding (ear seeds will last up to 7 days).
Based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and auricular therapy, ear seeds are placed on specific acupuncture points on the outer ear to gently stimulate the body’s natural healing response.
