A guided walk exploring the history of London's renowned shopping districts will take place on August 25, 2026. The tour begins at Lillywhites near Piccadilly Circus station and covers the evolution of famous shops and hidden areas. The walk is scheduled to last approximately two hours. Entry is priced at £16.96.
Journey back in time and explore the history of some of the most famous shops and shopping areas in London- as well as a few hidden gems!!
The walk will take approximately 2hrs- it is a flat walk and should be accessible for all. Although the walk will cover the history of various shops or areas, unfortunately, we don't actually "go shopping" on the walk- otherwise it would take a lot longer than 2hrs!!
The tour starts at Piccadilly Circus and will end near Oxford Street- I will always be happy to give directions at the end of the tour for those who need- either for public transport, or if you would like to visit any of the stores we spoke about during the tour.
