Each session focuses on a single technical element — serving, passing, setting, attacking or blocking — allowing players to make meaningful, measurable progress in a focused environment. The programme is designed to complement existing league team coaching, where the emphasis naturally falls on team structure, systems and match strategy. Skill Labs address the individual technical foundation that underpins all of that, making players more effective contributors in any team context. Sessions are equally suited to social players looking to raise their game, or those building toward joining a competitive squad in the future. Players new to the programme are welcome to book up to three taster sessions before committing to a membership. The cost of any taster sessions attended will be deducted from the membership fee, provided the membership period covers the dates of those sessions. Sessions are delivered by qualified coaches and are subject to minimum enrolment numbers. Londinium Volley reserves the right to adjust session content, scheduling or groupings based on player development needs and attendance. The full session schedule will be confirmed and communicated to enrolled players closer to the programme start date. **Rules** Please note that Londnium Players on the list are actual Londinium members that have paid for the full seasonal course. We add them to reflect the actual attendance at the session.
