Unwind after the week with a restorative sound bath. Deep relaxation, gentle healing and a space to simply be Join me for an evening of deep rest and relaxation through the therapeutic sounds and vibrations of traditional Tibetan singing bowls. We’ll begin with a guided relaxation before settling into a restorative sound bath. During the first part of the session, I use a chakra-focused sequence with the singing bowls, allowing the frequencies to gently support a sense of balance, calm and energetic harmony throughout the body. As the session unfolds, you’ll simply lie back, relax and allow the sounds to wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, ease tension and support the body’s natural relaxation response. Towards the end of the session, you’ll be invited to experience a more individual approach, with the opportunity to receive one-to-one sound healing as I gently place a Tibetan singing bowl on your back. Feeling the vibrations resonate through the body can be a deeply grounding experience, and many people describe leaving with a greater sense of peace, relaxation and wellbeing. No previous experience is needed. Simply wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that helps you feel cosy, such as a cushion, blanket or eye mask. Then allow yourself the time to slow down, breathe deeply and simply receive.
