Sound therapy is a practice many people turn to for deep relaxation and emotional balance. Instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls, gongs, and crystal bowls create rich tones and vibrations that can guide the mind into a calm, dreamlike state of consciousness. This state, often described as the Alpha–Theta border, is associated with deep rest and can bring vivid imagery and a strong sense of inner stillness. You may feel the vibrations move through your body, helping you let go of tension. When combined with an intention, affirmation, or mantra, the experience can become a meaningful catalyst for reflection and personal change. A sound bath is a restorative experience in which participants lie comfortably while immersed in waves of sound. Sessions last around 55 minutes and close with grounding techniques and an opportunity to share experiences and reflections. The workshop is led by Marco, a sound therapist with more than a decade of experience, in a supportive and interactive setting. The space is cosy, quiet, and warmly welcoming. Yoga mats are provided, but we recommend bringing your own if you can. A light blanket and an eye mask are also encouraged, as these small comforts can help you settle more deeply into the experience.
