Our next SP Sweat is here, and this one's poolside. A coached swim session, then coffee and breakfast after. Head over to The Salad Project Canary Wharf for lunch or dinner, on us. Don't worry if you can't make it on Thursday, you'll be able to use it Friday too!

Sea Lanes Canary Wharf is a 50-metre, 6-lane natural floating pool and open water dock in the heart of the Wharf, one of London's most unique outdoor swimming experiences.

A coached swim session (all levels welcome)

Thursday 27th August

6:45am – 8:30am

Sea Lanes, Canary Wharf

Arrive from 6:45am to get changed. Swim runs 7–8am. Breakfast to go or sit and enjoy after.

Good to know:

All guests must be able to swim 50m unaided

The pool is unheated, so come prepared to swim in cooler water

Bring a padlock for lockers and a towel

Head to Pool Reception on arrival

Shoes off before entering the changing village
