Golf, Boxing and Cross-Fit for neurodivergent children and young people. Adaptations also available to support physical disabilities.

Specially designed for autistic children and young people, and young people with physical disabilities, this event will give participants the opportunity to experience three fun activities in one place, with the aim of gaining skills, confidence and self-belief.

The activities will take place at three separate stations and children and young people will access each on a rota system.

There will be opportunity for breaks throughout, to help everyone stay comfortable and engaged. Fruit and snacks will be provided.

Coaches and specialist equipment are provided to ensure wheelchair users can participate safely and confidently.

Boxing

Cross-Fit

Clear instructions and visual supports are used to help participants understand each activity and feel confident trying new skills.

Alongside learning skills, the clinic supports confidence, coordination, communication and well-being in a calm, structured and supportive environment.
