About Stranger Things: The First Shadow

Stranger Things: The First Shadow at the Phoenix Theatre is set in Hawkins, 1959, before the world turned upside down. The story follows young Jim Hopper, Bob Newby and Joyce Maldonado as ordinary town life is disrupted by the arrival of new student Henry Creel.

Brought to life by a multi-award-winning creative team, the production uses theatrical storytelling and stagecraft to take audiences back to the beginning of the Stranger Things story. It explores how the shadows of the past can reach much further than expected.
