When: 13:00 - 15:30 (Please arrive 30 minutes before the start of the session to sign in).

Location: Oasis Academy Hadley (Astroturf), 143 South Street, Enfield, EN3 4PX

Entrance: Car Park (Free On-site parking access via Woodall Road)

What To Expect:

Strictly Solid sports bibs provided upon check-in to wear during the session.

90-Minute Session Breakdown: A 90-minute outdoor session focused on high-energy dynamic bodyweight training. 15-min warm-up ➡️ 60-min main workout (4 zones) ➡️ 15-min cool down.

Fitness level: All fitness levels are welcome! Work at your own pace and challenge yourself.

Vendor Activations: Explore healthy nutrition, food, and active recovery stalls (Sponsors to be revealed).

Strictly Solid Pop-Up Shop: Grab our brand merch in preparation for the new season.
