Sound Bath in the Park 🌿☀️

Millfields Park, Lower Clapton - Saturday 29th August, 11am–1pm

An invitation to slow down, come outside, and be held by nature and the frequencies of therapeutic sound for a morning.

We'll gather under the trees at Millfields Park to unwind together - settling into the grass, the light, and each other's company before easing into a one-hour sound bath. Let the tones wash over you, soften what needs softening, and bring you back to your body.

Afterwards, we'll stay a while longer - an hour of mingling, snacks, and refreshments in the sun, because the good stuff happens in the lingering too.

Please bring a blanket and anything else that makes you comfy - pillows, eye masks, notebooks, sketchbooks, or whatever helps you settle in.

This is a queer and neurodivergent-led space, created with those communities at the centre and open to allies and anyone who wants to join in that spirit.

Your Host - Maisie May

Maisie has been facilitating sound baths using crystal singing bowls, gong, accompanying instruments and her voice for the past six years, internationally. She loves holding spaces that celebrate you and life in all its uniqueness - relaxed, friendly, and welcoming. Her practice is rooted in the therapeutic benefits of sound as a tool for mindfulness, relaxation, and creative inspiration, rather than solely a spiritual practice, and she has held space for people from all walks of life.
