This will be an extended yoga class and restorative sound bath to close our series of outdoor classes for this summer!

Your experienced yoga teacher Christa will guide you through a series of poses that promote relaxation and explore mindful fluid movement to discover peace in both body and mind. You'll be surrounded by lush greenery and fresh air, providing the perfect atmosphere for a peaceful practice. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, the class is 60mins of hatha vinyasa yoga suitable for all levels.
