About The Book of Mormon

The Book of Mormon at the Prince of Wales Theatre is a musical from Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of South Park, with music by Robert Lopez. It tells the story of two Salt Lake City Mormons sent as missionaries to Uganda, where they are faced with harsh realities and a warlord.

Winner of four Olivier Awards, including Best New Musical, the production combines satire, religion and consumerism in a musical format. It includes explicit language and content that some audiences may find offensive.

Before you book

This production contains strobe lighting, flashing lights and gunshots. Children under 3 will not be admitted. Everyone, regardless of age, must have their own ticket. Children under 16 must be accompanied by and seated next to a ticketholder aged 18 or over.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance. Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be brought into the theatre. Seating plans are not accurate representations of the auditorium, so customers with specific requirements should discuss these with the theatre before booking.
