His iconic film work includes composing the thrilling chase through St Petersburg in GoldenEye, as well as producing and orchestrating the beautiful period music for Titanic and Shall We Dance.
At the request of his friend Hans Zimmer, John arranged and conducted the brass for No Time to Die. He is also particularly well known for his long-running collaboration with the hilarious Monty Python team, including The Life of Brian, where he is credited on the iconic song Always Look on the Bright Side of Life as both arranger and whistler!
John has also worked with an extraordinary list of pop and rock legends, including Quincy Jones, David Bowie, Prince, Amy Winehouse and George Michael, to name just a few.
With Alexander’s background as a comedian, singer, actor and presenter, he is the perfect host to draw out the best stories, humour and behind-the-scenes secrets from John’s remarkable six decades at the very top of the music industry.
