Join us for a beautiful Sunday morning retreat blending movement and creative calm.

From 11:00am–2:00pm, enjoy an energising Pilates class led by a certified instructor, followed by a beautiful flower arranging workshop where you will create your own bouquet to take home. As you arrange your flowers, you will be served a delicious brunch buffet creating the perfect opportunity to relax, get creative, eat yummy food and enjoy good company.
