The Snowman at Sadler's Wells Theatre is a new staging of Raymond Briggs’ book, bringing the story of a young boy whose snowman comes to life on Christmas Eve to the stage. The production features Howard Blake’s score, including Walking In The Air, along with puppets, Father Christmas, reindeer and the Northern Lights.

Directed and choreographed by Olivier award-winning Will Tuckett, with set and costume design by multi-award-winning Anna Fleischle, the show presents the story as a family theatre experience for young audiences and adults alike.

The story follows the boy and his snowman as they travel together, visit Father Christmas and join a party with the snowman’s friends beneath the Northern Lights.

Key facts: Running time is 90 minutes, including one 20-minute interval.
