Take strides towards cures for all brain tumours at The Twilight Walk London 2027!

Join us on Saturday 20 March 2027 for the walk that unites the brain tumour community in raising money and striding forward together towards finding cures for all brain tumours.

Every step you take and every pound you raise will help move us further, faster as we tackle brain tumours on three vital fronts – funding pioneering research, providing life-changing support and campaigning for urgently-needed change.

You can choose from two beautiful, stewarded routes - either 5km or 10km – that take in some of London’s most iconic landmarks. Both routes begin and end at RHS Venues Lindley Hall in Westminster, where you can soak up the festival atmosphere and enjoy food trucks, entertainment and live music.

The Twilight Walk London is about more than just the good vibes though. We’re also challenging everybody who takes part to help us beat the incredible accomplishment that was achieved last year when you raised a whopping £381,336.

Together, we can push above and beyond that in 2027. By all of us walking together and fundraising together, we can pick up the pace of progress for everybody affected by a brain tumour. And, ultimately, make sure everybody diagnosed with this awful disease in the future lives a longer, better life.
