A boxing class for all levels will be held at Wandle Recreation Centre on 29 October 2026, starting at 18:45. The session will include boxing drills, practice combinations, and light sparring. Participants are advised to bring appropriate footwear and boxing equipment.
ALL LEVELS Thurs we are in the Sports Hall, Court 4. Please ask front desk staff to point you in right direction What's involved: * Boxing Drills * Practice Combinations * Develop Boxing hand speed * Light Sparring What you'll need: * Decent pair of Trainers! This will be on flat surface with no mats, good sports trainers are essential! * Also bring following equipment; Handwraps, Gloves, Gumshields, Groinbox etc (you should always have these equipment with you). Shinguards are not required for this class There is Sparring in this class. Although light & controlled sparring there are always risk of injury like with every contact sport. Please be mindful of this before RSVP'ing
