Every Thursday, Trapeze transforms into Shoreditch’s very own Wall Street — but with booze instead of commodities.

Our drinks menu becomes a live stock market, where prices rise and fall in real time based on demand. Craving a popular cocktail? You’ll pay a premium. Fancy something less ordered? You might just snag a bargain.

It’s the ultimate drink trading floor — unpredictable, exciting, and full of surprises. Whether you’re a seasoned speculator or a curious newcomer, this is your chance to channel your inner market mogul and explore drinks you’ve never dared to try.

With live pricing projected in our main bar and our resident DJ bringing the vibes, you’ll always be in the know.
