Join us for tree planting in millfields park, all abilities welcome.

Join the Tree Musketeers planting trees in South Millfields Park, and spend the day making an impact in your local area. Exact location will be updates nearer the day.

All tools and equipment are provided. We will be working outside so please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the potentially wet and cold winter weather, and consider bringing a thermos of tea some snacks to keep you going.

Tree Musketeers is committed to running events that are actively safe and welcoming for all. We will be planting trees across the park, and tasks will include digging holes, transporting wheelbarrows of mulch, attaching tree guards and stakes, labelling trees and generally supporting each other. We will have some experienced tree planters to help guide you to make sure we give our trees their best possible start in life.

There is also be the opportunity to meet the team of volunteers who look after the trees throughout the year - including watering, mulching and other aspects of tree care and join the whatsapp group.

if you have any access needs or questions about accessibility of the planting session please drop us an email at hello@treemusketeers.org.uk
