Spend a Saturday socialising with older people in South London!

The London Senior Social, nestled in bustling Camberwell, creates opportunities for older people aged 60+ to engage in activities that reduce social isolation and improve physical and mental wellbeing.

As a volunteer you'll be making hot drinks, supporting with activities and offering thoughtful conversation; a rewarding way to spend your time.

Typical Itinerary:

11:00 - 13:00: Greet members, help with tea and toast, socialise, play games etc.

13:00 - 14:00: Dance/Aerobics class (seated), participate with members, sing along to some classic songs.

14:00: Volunteers free to leave. Feel free to grab lunch with your team leaders nearby!

FAQ:

Provisions: Tea and coffee are available to volunteers. Please feel free to bring snacks or lunch.

Families: You are welcome to bring younger volunteers with you, provided that they are accompanied by an adult.
