A free, friendly 10k every Monday evening in Wandsworth. No experience needed, no pressure, and no one gets dropped. When: Every Monday, 7:15pm Where: The Purple Owl, Wandsworth Distance: 10k (about 6.2 miles) Pace: around 6:30/km, relaxed enough to chat. Someone always runs at the back, so you're never on your own. Cost: free This is for you if: * it's your first 10k * you're coming back after a break * you're training for a half or a marathon and want company * you've never felt like "a runner" * you're slower than you think everyone else is (you're not the slowest, but someone has to be, and we'll wait) Come alone, that's the normal way to arrive. You don't have to talk to anyone before or after, but you can. What to bring: trainers, something reflective for the dark evenings, and water. We run from the same spot every week. New? Say hello in the chat or just turn up. Join the WhatsApp group via the link on our Instagram, @mondaymilesrc.
