The WEASIE Inaugural Cross Country Invitational will occur on 14 November 2026 at the WEASIE XC Clubhouse in Richmond Park, London. Join us in person for WEASIE'S Inaugural Cross Country Invitational in collaboration with Beat The Boys!
Whether you are a seasoned cross-country runner or running off-road for the first time, everyone is welcome!
Please note: This is a women only event. This is not a race, all paces are welcome - it will be a hilly 5 (and a bit) KM course through Richmond Park with WEASIE runners at the front and back of the pack!
Timings:
9.20-9.30: Arrival + coat drop at the clubhouse
9:30-9.45: Welcome speeches in clubhouse
9.45-10: Group warm-up + walk to the park
10-11: Run + cool down
11-12: Coffee, tea + snacks back at the clubhouse
Shoes: Please come prepared for a trail course with hills and uneven terrain. We don't anticipate spikes being neccessary, but suggest wearing stable running shoes with good grip.
Facilities: The clubhouse is equipped with changing room facilities, where you can leave coats and bags. The clubhouse will be occupied throughout the event but we reccomend keeping any valuables with you.
Geting there:
Use the path to the right of The Dysart car park. A WEASIE team member will greet you on the main road!
Do not walk through the car park + please note that parking in The Dysart car park is not permitted.
By public transport: Travel to Richmond station using the District line or Overground. From there, it's approximately a 25-minute walk, or take bus 65 or 371 to The Dysart stop.
By bike: Bike parking is available outside the clubhouse. Bring a bike lock.
