Come for a walk.** 👋 Two hours starting on Roupell Street — one of the prettiest old terraces in Waterloo — then down to the river and east along the Thames, past Tate Modern and through Borough Market, ending at Tower Bridge. **4–5 km, easy pace**, plenty of time to talk. 🌊 Tower Bridge puts us right by Bermondsey — anyone who fancies it stays on for a coffee. ☕ 👟 **Comfortable shoes are all you need.** We walk in drizzle and call it off in proper rain. **Most people come on their own and don't know anyone beforehand — that's rather the point.** Nothing to bring, nothing to prepare, nobody to know. Just turning up is enough. 🙂 💬 **There's no host at this event — what there is instead is the event chat.** Do say hello there beforehand, it makes finding each other on the day much easier. **And please only sign up if you actually plan to come** — it's fairer to everyone else who'd like a spot. 🙏
