Hi Everyone, Our third shoot swap, this time in the heart of Westminster. It’s a relaxed morning walk around some of London’s most iconic spots. We’ll take turns photographing each other, so everyone leaves with fresh portraits for Instagram, a portfolio, or just for fun. This is a TFP (time for photos) meetup, so it’s completely free and nothing is sold. All levels are welcome, from phone shooters to full camera kits. **Route (roughly 2.5 hours, all walkable)** 1. **Westminster Bridge** (10:00): Big Ben and the London Eye as backdrops, before the crowds build up. 2. **Parliament Square & Westminster Abbey** (10:40): Gothic architecture and classic London street portraits. 3. **St James’s Park** (11:20): lakeside shots, the Blue Bridge view. 4. **Horse Guards Parade / Whitehall** (12:00): a final set. **What to bring** * A camera or phone, fully charged * Two outfit or accessory options if you’d like variety * Comfortable shoes and a layer, since mornings by the river get cold * Your Instagram handle, so we can tag and share each other’s photos **How it works** We’ll pair up or work in small groups and rotate, so everyone gets shot and everyone gets to shoot. **Good to know** * Drones aren’t allowed anywhere in this area. * Small personal tripods are fine, but please keep paths clear. * The area near Buckingham Palace gets busy around the late-morning Changing of the Guard, so we’ll stay on the park side. * If the weather is bad, we’ll move under the Westminster Abbey cloisters and arcades nearby or reschedule.
