You get in your own way — often on autopilot — and you already have hints of what that's costing you: energy, relationships, truth.

Through the Enneagram Personality Model, a powerful map of nine personality types, you'll discover how your prison was built and gain a deeper understanding of how others build theirs too. Combined with the energy of a committed group, these five sessions offer a space to look inward, connect authentically, and grow - together.

By the end of this journey, you will:

Recognise the patterns that keep you stuck and the part you play in maintaining them

Understand the strategies others use to navigate life

See the costs hidden behind your habits and defences

Begin the journey back to your essence and experience meaningful change

Build deeper, more authentic relationships with fellow participants

What to expect:

Interactive sessions combining Enneagram teachings, guided meditation, and group reflection - with participants sharing real-life experiences shaped by their own type, so you learn from lived experience, not just theory.

Led by: Elena & Elina - Somos Somas coaches

Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate and the reflection honest.
