An Introduction and rare opportunity to discover and practice the Mystical Dance of the Whirling Dervish

Join Mark and Mitra for a rare opportunity to experience the powerful and sacred dance of the Whirling Dervish!

Join our Whirling Workshop in London!

There will be an introduction talk about the history, science, metaphysics and Mysticism of this potent practice, followed by a full hour long session where you will be invited to whirl at your own pace and with the method that works best for you. Guidance will be offered including various tips to help sustain the movement and dance. This is a contemporary Whirling workshop and is open and accessible to all, no prior experience needed.

Whirling provides benefits including:

Meditative trance, realignement, altered states of consciousness, increased spatial awareness, empathy and love, balance and endurance, euphoria, mystical or religious states, fitness and wellness and more...

We ask that participants arrive on time and wear comfortable clothes for dance / movement (socks recommended but not essential). There are changing rooms as well as toilets and a kitchen area at the venue.
