*A Boundaries Circle \| The Six Seeds of Happiness*
Each session we'll explore one of the Six Seeds of Happiness and look at your opportunities to create more joy and navigate the obstacles blocking your peace.
💡 This session we're exploring Boundaries, the frost blanket that protects your peace from harsh winds and stormy days.
"I don't like conflict. I want to keep everything happy and positive." That was me once, shrinking into silence, saying yes when my body screamed no, then carrying the slow burn of resentment into exhaustion.
✨ Until I discovered boundaries. Growing up, nobody ever mentioned the "B word," yet they're essential to happiness. They protect your peace, preserve your energy, and remind everyone, including you, that your needs matter.
Others learn how to treat you based on what you allow. If a past version of you unknowingly taught others your needs don’t matter, forgive yourself. You did your best with the tools you had.
This circle focuses on the deeper work of understanding why drawing lines feels so hard, and learning to lead with the brave, simple message: my needs matter.
Together we'll explore:
🌱 Why boundaries are the ultimate act of self-love
🌱 Changing patterns of burnout and people-pleasing
🌱 Saying no with compassion
🌱 Navigating guilt as you courageously protect your joy
This session includes:
* A short reflection to open us up
* Open conversation and shared experiences
* Space to listen and reflect at your own pace
* A warm, welcoming atmosphere
There's no pressure to share and nothing to prepare beforehand.
You're welcome to simply join, listen and take part in whatever way feels right for you.
To avoid disruption I will only admit guests for the first 10 minutes of the session.
