MEET OUR SPEAKERS
KATIE PIPER OBE
Award-nominated broadcaster, bestselling author, charity founder and keynote speaker. One of the most genuinely inspiring women working in public life today.
Katie’s story began with extraordinary courage with the decision to share her experience on camera in Channel 4’s Katie: My Beautiful Face, watched by over 3.5 million viewers and nominated for a BAFTA. That moment of radical honesty changed the conversation around burns, scars and survival in this country.
More than a decade ago, she turned that courage into action by founding The Katie Piper Foundation — a charity dedicated to helping burns and scars survivors reconnect with their lives and communities.
Katie has published multiple bestselling books for adults and children, and recently launched her own literary imprint The UnSeen to champion voices that deserve to be heard. She is currently developing the screen adaptation of her debut book, Beautiful.
Katie Piper doesn’t just tell stories. She changes them.
EMMA DREW
Emma leads consumer engagement at Andrex, one of the UK's most recognised household brands. Through the Andrex Get Comfortable mission, Emma has spearheaded the launch of Andrex Skin Protect, helping people to feel more confident, comfortable and cared for by recognising intimate skin as an important part of everyday skin health.
BRIDIE WILKINS
As Women’s Health UK’s Fitness Director and a qualified Pilates and yoga instructor, Bridie Wilkins has been reporting on exercise, health and nutrition since the start of her journalism career began 12 years ago.
She has written for Stylist, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Marie Claire, ELLE, The Metro, Runner’s World and Red and currently oversees all fitness content for Women's Health UK, while she's represented the brand for the likes of BBC Radio London. Now a trusted voice in the industry, she’s passionate about making fitness more accessible, realistic and empowering for women, with a particular interest in prenatal fitness as she enters her third trimester.
She brings warmth and energy to every conversation around women’s health and fitness – and believes that if her work can inspire even one more woman to move, feel stronger and enjoy exercise, that’s a win.
