This drop-in session provides friendly, evidence-based support for anyone breastfeeding, regardless of whether you are a parent to a newborn or have been feeding for several years. Attendees can engage in open chats with trained volunteers about feeding and or general breastfeeding concerns.

The sessions are led by volunteers who hold membership with the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (UK) or equivalent evidence-based organisations. These supporters are available to offer guidance and assistance to parents at all stages of their breastfeeding journey.

This event takes place on 22 October 2026 at 10:30. It is open to all ages and stages of breastfeeding. There is no charge to attend.
