A 90-minute guided breathwork experience designed to help you take a pause from everyday life, reconnect with your body and create space for whatever you need to let go of

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, emotionally full, stuck in your head or simply in need of some time for yourself, Release & Reset gives you permission to stop, breathe and let go.

Through guided conscious connected breathwork, music and a safely held space, you’ll be supported to move out of thinking and into feeling, allowing your body to release tension and emotions that may have been building beneath the surface.

Every breathwork experience is different. You might experience emotion, insight, clarity, deep relaxation or simply a sense of having more space inside yourself.

You don’t need any previous breathwork or meditation experience. You don’t need to be “good” at switching off. Just come as you are.

You’ll leave with the opportunity to feel calmer, lighter, more connected and energised from the inside out.

This is part of my Release & Reset work within the Life Design Pathway, supporting change not just through thinking differently, but through working with the body and the emotions we carry.

Your first session is £11, with future sessions £22.
