Discover the beautiful art of combining paper collage and hand embroidery in this hands-on workshop where you'll layer and stitch your art!

Sprinkle some handmade magic on your festive season!

Join us on Tuesday 17th November to create beautiful handmade cards (as many as you like!) by blending two gorgeous handmade techniques: paper collage and hand embroidery.

In this joyful, hands-on workshop you’ll cut, tear and layer mixed papers, textured scraps and images to build rich, personal collages. You’ll then bring them to life with needle and thread — adding delicate stitches, bold embroidery details and playful texture that makes your piece pop off the page.

No experience needed. Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned maker, you’ll leave with a unique, one-of-a-kind mixed-media festive artwork and the confidence to keep combining these techniques at home.

What you’ll learn:

• Intuitive paper collage techniques (composition, colour, balance & storytelling)

• Basic and decorative embroidery stitches perfect for mixed media

• How to combine delicate paper with sturdy stitching

• Tips for choosing and preparing materials that work beautifully together

What’s included:

• All materials (beautiful selection of papers, threads, needles, fabric scraps & embellishments)

• Personal guidance and creative support

• Your finished artwork to take home

Perfect for creatives, journalers, slow-living enthusiasts, and anyone craving a mindful, screen-free creative afternoon.
