😂 The Best Friday of the Month – Letchworth Comedy Workshop

🎤 Friday 30th October 2026

⏰ 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

📍 Mrs Howard Memorial Hall, Letchworth

NEW TO THE WORKSHOP? YOUR FIRST SESSION IS FREE! 🎉

Come along and try the Letchworth Comedy Workshop for yourself.

We’re a friendly group learning comedy together — writing, experimenting, trying out techniques and, most importantly, having a good laugh along the way! 😂

You do not need to be a comedian, have performed before or even want to become a stand-up comedian.

What do we do?

We work on:

🎤 Comedy writing

😂 Joke-writing techniques

💡 Generating ideas

⏱️ Timing and pausing

🎭 Stage presence and positioning

🎙️ Microphone skills

🔄 Improvisation

📖 Storytelling

👏 Delivering jokes and getting the most from your punchline

We learn a technique, try it out and have a go together. You’ll also have your own workshop folder to take away with your notes and activities.

And yes… there are snacks! 🍪😂

🌟 Your first workshop is FREE

Never been before? Your first workshop is completely FREE.

There’s no pressure to perform and no expectation that you have to stand up in front of everyone. Come along, meet us, see what we do and join in as much as you feel comfortable with.

Already attended one of our workshops?

This FREE Eventbrite ticket is for first-time attendees only. Previous attendees already know the workshop price is £30 per session.
