A healing journey combining the vibrations of sound, along with the restorative energy of Reiki, for 90 minutes of complete you time.

Join us for a 90-minute energetic healing journey, combining the beautiful vibrations of sound healing with the restorative energy of Reiki.

Limited to only 12 spaces.

No experience is required for the session, just bring yourself and get ready to unwind.

This session will focus on two powerful chakras:

❤️ Root Chakra – grounding, safety, stability and security.

💚 Heart Chakra – love, compassion, warmth and inner peace.

With Christmas approaching, these are such beautiful chakras to nurture. A chance to feel grounded, safe, loved and at peace amongst the busyness of everyday life.

Throughout this intimate soundbath, you’ll be immersed in healing sound vibrations, with 6-7 minutes of dedicated 1:1 Reiki healing per person.

To help heal and work on the chakras in the body, the sound bath will use Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, chimes and other instruments.

Sound healing has so many wonderful and scientifically proven benefit's such as improved happiness, better sleep, reducing stress, anxiety and better focus/clarity because it regulates our nervous system. However, it's also about allowing yourself the opportunity to reset and pause, so key to our health. Allow your body to respond to sound, frequency and vibration during a period of uninterrupted rest and watch the incredible impact it will have.

Reiki is a gentle, holistic therapy originating in Japan that aims to promote relaxation, balance and overall wellbeing. It can help reduce stress and tension, encourage emotional calm, support better sleep and create a sense of inner peace. The practitioner gently places their hands on or just above different areas of the body to encourage energy healing.

Please arrive 10/15 mins before the class starts as the door will be locked at 5.30pm. No entry allowed after this time as it will causes disturbances.
