The Shamanic Journey – Exploring the Spirit World

Step beyond the everyday world and discover the ancient spiritual practice of shamanism.

Shamanism has been practised by cultures across the world for thousands of years, offering ways to connect with nature, explore the unseen and deepen our understanding of ourselves and the world around us.

During these sessions, you'll be introduced to the fascinating world of shamanism through guided shamanic journeys, spiritual exploration and practical experiences.

Using traditional techniques such as rhythmic drumming and guided visualisation, you'll have the opportunity to explore altered states of awareness, connect with your intuition and discover the symbolism and wisdom of the spirit world.
