JB Rose brings The Soul of Whitney Houston to Luton Library Theatre on Friday 6 November, 7.30pm. Tickets are £20, or £18 concessions.

Whitney Houston’s music has always carried something bigger than the songs themselves. Her glamour, energy, extraordinary voice and sheer presence reminded audiences that life could be big, joyful, beautiful and full of possibility.

Now JB Rose brings that energy to the stage through her own voice, personality and experience.

The Soul of Whitney Houston is an ongoing JB Rose live production, with further performances planned beyond 2026.

It is a meeting of two powerful worlds: Whitney Houston’s extraordinary musical legacy, and JB Rose’s extraordinary life in music, creativity and wellbeing.

The result is something fresh, uplifting and uniquely JB Rose.

The audience may arrive to hear Whitney. They may leave remembering themselves.

About the artist:

JB Rose has spent decades creating her own musical identity. A singer-songwriter and international performer, her career has taken her from Top of the Pops with Coolio and warming up for Chaka Khan at the Hammersmith Apollo, to working with artists including Omar and LaToya Jackson.

Her musical journey has crossed genres and borders. JB Rose has toured throughout Europe within the drum & bass scene, taking her powerful vocals to audiences far beyond the traditional soul circuit.

She has also built her own catalogue of music, including Back to Love, Gold, We Are One and Luv You, which has received acclaim from independent and local radio.
