The WorkReady Bootcamp is a practical 4-week workplace skills bootcamp delivered by NxtGen Pathways for young people aged 16–21. Reserve Your Place Whether you are still studying, have recently finished school or college, or are thinking about work, apprenticeships, volunteering, training, or your next step, this bootcamp will help you build the confidence and skills to move forward. Across four interactive sessions, we’ll help you build confidence, develop practical workplace skills, meet other young people, and leave with clarity and actionable steps to move forward. Why Join? Bootcamp Sessions Communication Wednesday 29 July 2026 Speaking clearly, listening well, and presenting yourself confidently Reserve Your Place Negotiation Wednesday 5 August 2026 Working with others, handling disagreement, and finding solutions Reserve Your Place Critical Thinking Wednesday 12 August 2026 Thinking clearly, solving problems, and making better decisions Reserve Your Place Professional Confidence Wednesday 19 August 2026 Understanding workplace behaviour and creating your next step plan Reserve Your Place Who Is This For? This bootcamp is for young people aged 16–21 who want to: Feel more confident about work, interviews or apprenticeships Learn how to communicate better Understand what workplaces expect Improve problem-solving skills Take part in real-world activities in a supportive space Meet other young people preparing for the future No work experience is needed. Just come ready to take part, develop, and grow. What to Expect Each session includes: Short practical teaching Group activities Real-world scenarios Role play Discussion Feedback Weekly action tasks This is a supportive and practical environment. It is a space to practice, ask questions, build confidence, and prepare for real opportunities.
