A-Kin is turning 2

To mark 24 moon cycles of A-Kin, we've teamed up with @deptcoffee for our most special event yet: a seven-course dinner under the moon.

We'll be dining beneath @lukejerramartist's touring artwork, Museum of the Moon, for one night only. A once-in-a-lifetime evening, and the perfect way to celebrate two years of A-Kin.

Menu:

Mackerel Nduja

Mackerel nduja, labneh, ezme, bread (Smoked aubergine - vegetarian option)

XO Mushroom

XO mushrooms, soy cured egg yolk, dashi, roasted shallots, pickled mooli, flowers, dill

Sea Bass

Sea bass, hot & sour bisque, green chilli nuoc cham, fried morning glory (Black sesame cabbage - vegetarian option)

Brown Sugar Carrots

Brown sugar glazed carrot, stracciatella, herb pangrattato, pickled mustard seed

Short Rib Lasagne

Braised short rib, salsa verde, parmesan, basil oil (Lentil & pumpkin - vegetarian option)

Vanilla Madeleines Vanilla madeleines, pandan leaf caramel, sea salt, custard soft serve
