“I had such an amazing time at the affirmations workshop! It was so fun to learn how to implement affirmations into my daily life, and Zara’s presentation was engaging and fun. Making my own canvas was also lovely, and you don’t have to be the artiest person in the world to enjoy it. As adults, we never get time to play anymore, so it was the perfect excuse. Everything was provided and it was so easy, and everyone there was so lovely. The nicest way to spend a midweek evening, would definitely recommend!”

“I had a lovely time at the Affirmations Workshop. Zara was really lovely and made everything so easy to understand. It’s the first time I’ve been to something like this after feeling like affirmations don’t work for me, but now I feel I have a few more tools to understand how I can personalise them to me and implement them into my life. It was also great to get together with a lovely group of people and make some affirming artwork!”
