Tickets cannot be forwarded to future events.

You will be expected to bring valid physical photo ID with you on the day.

Any tickets purchased under the incorrect gender will not be permitted entry and no refunds will be given.

Content will be shot on the day for social media purposes. If you do not wish to be in the content, don't worry. We will make an announcement at the start of the event and measures will be put in place.

Background checks are NOT done on attendees. You sign up at your own risk. Please note that the purpose of this event is a means of introduction.

By purchasing a ticket, you warrant that you are single. We do not promote polygamy.

Within your allocated age group, you may meet someone up to one year either side of the stated age range.

The Connect Club reserve the right to refuse admission or ban individuals who are rude and disrespectful towards The Connect Club Team or other attendees.

Failure to notify the organisers at least 48 hours prior to the event in the case of non-attendance may result in a short-term ban.

Female tickets - To ensure fairness and give more females an opportunity, those who have attended an event within the last month will not be permitted to attend. (If you sign up, you will be refunded.)
