This one-day course will introduce you to homeopathy and guide you in how to start using homeopathic remedies safely and effectively.

If you've ever wondered how to use homeopathy for you or your family, this one-day course will introduce you to the wonderful world of homeopathic remedies and how to choose and use them safely and effectively for yourself, your friends and family.

Homeopathy is a reliable, safe and accessible resource and an invaluable tool to naturally support your health and wellbeing.

This course is ideal for anyone interested in natural medicine, parents with young children, people who wish to self-prescribe, those interested in studying homeopathy or other CAM therapists who want to know more.

We will introduce you to the basic principles of homeopathy and explain how to apply them in everyday situations, for example, if someone sprains an ankle or catches a cold, has a tummy upset or is injured. Homeopathy helps to ease suffering as well as speeding recovery. The remedies are easy to use and are an invaluable resource in your home first aid kit.

On the course, we will explain how remedies are made and when and how to administer them. Teaching is in a small group where there will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions.
