This beginner-friendly mixed-gender session is all about high-energy moves, good vibes and a serious sweat. Expect an upbeat workout that keeps you moving, grooving and having fun while making new friends along the way. Don’t forget to bring water and get ready to dance your heart out!

Note

A change of clothes is recommended, especially if you want to join us for a drink afterwards.
