here’s a lil overview of what’s included:

👟this a collab event with Everlast Gyms where you will get the chance to try a bunch of different classes (all beginner friendly) including a lifting club, hyrox challenges, sauna & ice bath access

🧘🏼‍♀️if you would also like to go to a reformer class, please book the reformer class ticket specifically & which time slot you'd like - the ticket covers b both the 30 min reformer class & all over access to the gym + goodies

🎵 we will also have a female DJ, goodies from Built for Athletes, Red Bull and GSN & discounted smoothies available!

🕔 timings: 7pm - 10pm (doors close at 7:20pm latest)

📍 location: Everlast Gyms

💕you can get a bus to Trafford Centre Bus Station (multiple routes) and its a 2 min walk to the venue.

⛅️parking: park in Trafford Centre Car Park West at Trafford Palazzo

💓we encourage everyone to come by themselves to this event to make new friends, and our team will be there to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible

BIT MORE INFO:

- Everlast Lifting Club is relevant for everyone whether you are experienced or new to strength training. Our expert coaches will support you on form and technique on some key foundational movements, giving you a great workout and the knowledge to feel comfortable in the weights area of the gym

- If you want to use the sauna & ice bath, please bring appropriate swimwear

- Please arrive on time as you will need to sign. up for the lifting club & recovery on the night
