In this atmospheric Halloween programme, Trio Hera journeys through the uncanny worlds of Stacy Garrop’s Silver Dagger inspired by the dark Appalachian folk ballad of the same name, Cécile Chaminade’s shadowy Second Piano Trio to transport you back in time to a Victorian mansion, haunted by Beethoven’s legendary Ghost Trio — one of chamber music’s most unsettling masterpieces.

Championing female composers alongside great works of the piano trio repertoire, The Hera Piano Trio brings together fiery virtuosity, storytelling, and theatrical intensity in an evening where beauty and darkness intertwine.
