Please make sure to sign up to "Upshot" using the above link. Our Club name is Joyrider's Manchester. This is only a one time sign up (not for every ride, so if already done we thank you,) however it is now necessary in order to attend our rides!

Who want to build up Confidence in a Supported group led ride

Meeting point ready to leave at 10 am at Bembe Cafe in Alexandra Park

Please be on time as we are not able to wait for latecomers.

All our rides have a leader and a backstop, are relaxed and we never leave anyone behind. No lycra needed!

Please bring with you:

• A helmet if you wish to wear one, weather appropriate clothes

• Water and snack

• Money for the Cafe or bring your own hot drink and snack

• A bike lock

• A spare inner tube to fit your tyre

Please check your bike is roadworthy before attending. Brakes work and the correct air pressure is in your tyres to help prevent punctures.

Make sure you complete the form with all the relevent details. If you can't come please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to someone else as availability is limited.

Our riders leaders are fully trained and insured. However, anyone taking part in our rides takes responsibility for their own safety.
