Fancy trying something different, getting active and having a laugh with the girls? 💕

Join us for our ladies-only evening badminton session a relaxed, beginner-friendly hour

designed to get women moving, meeting new people and trying a sport without any pressure.

You absolutely do not need to have played badminton before. Whether you’re a complete

beginner, haven’t picked up a racket in years or already enjoy playing, you’re welcome.

We’ll keep the session fun and social rather than overly competitive. The aim is simply to move

your body, build confidence and try something new.

ALL EQUIPMENT IS INCLUDED

Rackets and shuttlecocks will be provided, so you just need to turn up ready to play.

Come solo or bring a friend lots of women join Amore Wellness events on their own and our

sessions are designed to make everyone feel welcome.

£4 REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

This session is funded, but we ask for a £4 deposit to secure your space and help reduce

no-shows.

Your £4 will be refunded after you attend the session, or you can choose to leave it as a

donation towards Amore Wellness and helping us continue creating affordable activities for

women in the community.

Spaces are limited, so please only book if you intend to attend.

Please be aware that photos and short videos may be taken during this event for Amore

Wellness social media, website and promotional content.

We always want everyone attending our events to feel comfortable.

If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let a member of the Amore Wellness

team know when you arrive. We will make sure this is respected throughout the event.

You are always welcome to take part in the event without appearing in any photos or videos.

By booking, you acknowledge that photography and filming may take place during the session,

but you can opt out of being included at any time.
