Whether you're deep in your Virgin era, a long-time fan, or just looking for a wholesome way to spend a summer morning, this summer social is your invitation to slow down, move your body and connect with like-minded people.

We'll begin with time to settle into the space with a warming herbal tea before flowing through an extended vinyasa yoga class, all set to a carefully curated Lorde playlist. Expect movement that feels energising, grounding and flowing.

After class, you'll be treated to a personalised breakfast bowl, made just for you.

Before the event, we'll ask you to tell us your favourite toppings, so your bowl will be freshly prepared and waiting for you after class. Think yoghurt base, granola, seasonal fruit, nut butters and your favourite extras, tailored to your tastes and dietary requirements.

Stay a little longer to journal, chill, chat with new people, or simply enjoy the calm. No pressure, no rush, just space to be.

We'll be gathering at Space at the Mill, a beautiful loft-style studio in the heart of Manchester, located on the second floor of the historic 19th-century Wellington Mill in Castlefield.

High ceilings, large windows and beautiful natural light, it's the perfect setting for a slow summer morning.

All mats, props, brunch and herbal teas are provided.
