Set on the iconic rooftop South Terrace at King Street Townhouse, start your Sunday with a 60-minute energising yoga flow led by the expert team at FORM MCR, surrounded by sweeping views of the Manchester skyline.

Following your practice, one of our ESPA Spa experts will join you on your mats for a 30-minute guided Gua Sha facial, designed to show you how to elevate your morning skincare routine through the benefits of lymphatic drainage and facial massage. You’ll also gain insights into our ESPA product favourites and learn how to incorporate these techniques at home for glowing skin, every day.

Finish your morning on our South Terrace with a nourishing brunch, complete with a freshly blended smoothie, and enjoy a moment to relax, refuel, and connect.
